Disliked: This location didn't have water and didn't notify me of this ahead of time and just canceled my registration I could've transfer my reservation to another location just very poor customer service

Disliked: The receptionist was rude. They need to updated their online website with the third-party companies because the rooms didn't look anything like the pictures. I was also charged a deposit that wasn't stated on the website. The sink kept getting stopped up. The water in the shower wouldn't get hot. The ac doesn't work. For the price it should be newer. The bed was super hard. The couch was hard. We drove 6 hours we arrived new year eve and was tired and over driving just to get a rude person at check in. With all these new prices and papers to sign, about not having a party etc but had loud music playing in the lobby and the receptionist kept acting like she couldn't hear me.We was just to tired to go look for something else at that time of the night. So we stuck it out. But never again.
