Liked: I did not stay there. They kept telling me they were gonna have a room ready, but housekeeping wasn’t ready. I waited for over two hours and left.
Disliked: The manager shouldn’t have told me to go eat lunch and come back and he would have me a room which he did not. He had no idea when he would have a one ready so I told him to cancel my trip.

Liked: This is the best hotel in Jackson! From the minute you walk into the door you know you made the right choice. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Disliked: When entered the room the temperature was set at 62 so was very cold
