We enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Nice staff, good breakfast, good location
Disliked: The pool wasn’t usable on the days we were there. We were able to use a different facility, but that was at least 5 minutes away driving. The rooms could’ve been cleaned a little better. Random hairs in the bathroom and dusty.

The stay was not the...

Liked: The room was spacious and perfect for a family of three or four. The front desk clerk that checked us in was very jovial.
Disliked: Booking only sent over one of my reservations. The booking.com room has a sofa mattress that was soiled in bodily fluid. When we brought it to the attention of management, they did not care. The room was also unclean.

Generally an okay stay but...

Liked: Spacious rooms with amenities
Disliked: Staff refusal to relocate our room after black particles found on bed and caked on vents.Broken elevator with no notice in advance - disabilities can make stairs very difficult - or offer to place on first floor.

Thank you for your hospitality...

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Coffee and complimentary breakfast was available every morning.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.
