Generally an okay stay but...

Liked: Spacious rooms with amenities
Disliked: Staff refusal to relocate our room after black particles found on bed and caked on vents.Broken elevator with no notice in advance - disabilities can make stairs very difficult - or offer to place on first floor.

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Coffee and complimentary breakfast was available every morning.

Liked: Location was great and the pool
Disliked: They didn't give us hoosekeeping service and the coffee machine was moldy and dirty and when we ask for refresh towels the hoosekeeping employee went to my room just to leave the trash on top my bed, that was so nasty!!! Terrible customer service!

Disliked: The free breakfast was disgusting! (Raw not cooked properly (the lady in charge of the breakfast was on her phone the entire time) the hotel had a bad oder, the pool heater was broken, and it was FREEZING
