Overpriced for the area with...

Disliked: Overpriced for the area. Co-joined with another hotel (very odd), Despite my telling the front desk when we were leaving they got it wrong!

Liked: The staff-particularly the manager was excellent.
Disliked: I was extremely disappointed that I was not compensated for the room that I booked that was supposed to have 2 beds. The room only had one bed and someone in my party had to sleep on a couch because the hotel was full. It’s not what I expect from Marriott.

Liked: Location. Like room set-up at Residence Inn. Like kitchen --- but did not matter for this trip.
Disliked: Got an extra fold out bed, but there were no linens for it in the room. Had to go downstairs to get them.Kuerig did not work. Was not a big deal this tri --- just went downstairs and got coffee, but typically have a cup in the room.

Disliked: hvac was not working properly in room. too hot!!

Have found quality and affordability

Liked: We were in the city for a funeral and needed an easy way to move around. The location was perfect. Close to the outer loop, but also had easy access to the main streets. The room itself was far more than I expected! It was truly like a small apartment. Everything was spotless, the bed and pillows very comfy! The kitchen, sitting area, and shower were such a bonus! Don't know that we will be back in Indianapolis, but I will definitely be on the hunt for this chain again!
Disliked: We were a bit disappointed there was no fresh brewed coffee in the evening. The room did have a Kureg with pods.

Disliked: To be earnest with you, Breakfast is always not better than even Holiday inn. We need bench marking. I am scheduled to stay there many times a year. Thank you.
