Great place to stay and close to Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center. Free breakfast was a plus as well. Will definitely stay again.
Liked: Very friendly and clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

Best ever!
Liked: Probably the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was extremely friendly & exceeded expectations, going above & beyond for any request. The property is meticulously maintained & the room was excellent ! Lovely pool & hot tub area was a welcome retreat.

Perfect hotel for our needs...
Liked: I really liked this hotel. The room was spacious and quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My 4 year old niece was thrilled with everything about the facilities but especially enjoyed the hot tub!
Disliked: No complaints at all.

Wish I could have stayed...
Liked: Fancy suite! Fully stocked kitchen, living room and bedroom separated. Large vanity and bathroom area. Large enough for two TV's!
Disliked: Parking lot full late at night. Most likely due to 2024 Eclipse crowd. Because of the Eclipse, we were notified ahead of time that there would be no available late check out, beyond the standard check out of 12 noon.Neither "issue" a bother.

Besides the over charge, I...
Liked: I loved the room and pool. Nice that there is a basketball court and snacks/drinks available for purchase all night.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I was double charged. Stereotype definitely played the part. I paid through the app. I had to change from my name to my man’s name because he was arriving sooner than me, and there was no option to include guests names. One of the workers made a statement to the other worker when he tried to check in, talking about I’m going to make him pay all the fees. I paid $366 through booking and paid an additional $410 due to the workers assuming my man was paying for a good night. This was a family weekend and those comments shouldn’t have happened.
