Disliked: A lot of little things needed repaired. The doors were hard to lock, shower rod was broken in one of the bathrooms.

Liked: Great location. The two bedroom suite was so helpful and having breakfast on site was very convenient. The staff was friendly and responded quickly to any request. The beds are very comfortable.
Disliked: There are a few maintenance issues to address. Rain dripped heavily through a closed bedroom window when it stormed one night. A closet door was missing in one bedroom. The carpets in the room and hallway could use a good cleaning.

Liked: Nice employees. Excellent breakfast. Good Carmel location.
Disliked: It is just tired and greatly in need of renovation. Floors were dirty and security door entrance was not operational (it was always open)
