Dont sleep here

Disliked: I reserved a room at 3:00 pm and when I try to load money on my card i called and call them to ask how much is the deposit for that night , and they say they dont have any room avalabileSince i reserved the room at 3:00 pm Rasist employee. Dont come here if you are from another country, you dont gonna find you reservation if you have any, if you dont trust me you dont gonna get check in Even if you have Reservation

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was phenomenal I had no issues

Very poor

Disliked: Mold in the bathroom had me sick during my stay

Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, the toilet was running all night and wouldn’t flush, the A/C in my room was stuck on 75 and I was unable to lower it which made for a stuffy room.

I will stay here again...

Liked: The staff and the hotels office area.
Disliked: What I didn’t like about the property was all the doors to the guest building were broken as well as the entrance gate.The hallways felt dirty and with a musty smell. No bbq grill was available to cook our steaks as planned.

Handy location, good size rooms...

Liked: location was good close to motorway, not far from downtown, and also close to several large shopping centres/malls. Kroger supermarket and chemist next door (a bit unreliable - seemed to have power issues regularly) very handy, and some nice restaurants nearby. Rooms were a good size with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full size kitchen. Good on site parking.
Disliked: Swimming pool was closed the whole visit (in the middle of summer - weird) The hotel seems to be have turned into accommodation for regular tenants rather than hotel guests. The room was very dark (terrible lighting) The air conditioning was a nightmare - so noisy we had to drag the mattress out and sleep on the floor in the lounge and wear air plugs to get some sleep. Asked to be moved but got a frosty response. The breakfast was very basic and overall we were quite disappointed.
