Passable

Liked: The air conditioning was not working Saturday evening. We called, were told a maintenance person was on the way, never saw one, and finally got cool the next morning.
Disliked: effective air conditioning (4th floor)

Good value for money

Liked: The staff was very very nice
Disliked: Housekeeping was inconsistent. Only every other day and dirty towels were left in the bathroom. The mattress was extremely soft and we didn't rest very well, but that's personal.

So Glad I Chose This...

Liked: Check in took less than a minute and they were able to check me in early. I was able to take a much needed shower and nap right after my flight. Had all the amenities a kitchen should have but also had a room service option.The incidentals fee was only $20, as opposed to $100-150 charged by other hotels. I will definitely have them on my list the next time I visit Houston.
Disliked: Nothing. Superb stay.

Friendly staff and spacious room...

Liked: Size and location. The staff was also very friendly and attentive to my needs. Everyone i interacted with was delightful.
Disliked: There were roaches in my room. That is not satisfactory. I know the weather has a lot to do with critters. However, i didn’t like the idea of them being there. The bathtub also had a blemish (crack and small hole) in the tub.
