Great stay and very convenient

Liked: Staff was extremely nice and helpful and facility was very nice. Bonus it was directly across the street from the children's hospital which we were attending.
Disliked: I would like brighter lights in bathroom; lights seemed very dim and closet doors did not work but really can't complain

This place is a scam-...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Asking to pay more then on the booking. Saying that it's taxes and security deposit, where deposit is refunded in 3 days. They did not refund anything!

Needs a fix up and...

Liked: No heat, very cold. Said they fixed it but did not. Finally 2nd day they moved us. Needs a fix up too.
Disliked: Heat not working and freezing temps outside. Some staff nice but some didn’t care. Have to ask for shower cap etc at desk - buy desk doesn’t offer so you are ready to shower when you discover no shower cap.
