Liked: Location was good in terms of accessibility to highways, etc., and the room was large and comfortable. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The pool was very cold, and the breakfast was mediocre.

Liked: Breakfast was nice and the room was exceptional. You need a rubber scrapper (spatula) as a kitchen tool.
Disliked: That the pool was closed and no discount was given for this. We were really looking forward to using the pool and were very disappointed to find out at check in that it was closed.

Liked: The pool was well maintained and a good temperature. The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they put a hold on the wrong card when I paid with other cards. They didn’t tell me they were going to do that.

Holland is a lovely town,...

Liked: The staff were friendly and d helpful. The room was initially clean.
Disliked: The price was outrageous! We reported that both the sink and shower were backed up in one of our rooms. Neither of which were repaired. We left a tip for housekeeping which she took but never cleaned the room. Not one thing was done. The garbage was left everywhere, bed unmade, wet towels left behind. We were shocked and disappointed.
