Liked: Breakfast was nice and the room was exceptional. You need a rubber scrapper (spatula) as a kitchen tool.
Disliked: That the pool was closed and no discount was given for this. We were really looking forward to using the pool and were very disappointed to find out at check in that it was closed.

Liked: The pool was well maintained and a good temperature. The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they put a hold on the wrong card when I paid with other cards. They didn’t tell me they were going to do that.

Holland is a lovely town,...

Liked: The staff were friendly and d helpful. The room was initially clean.
Disliked: The price was outrageous! We reported that both the sink and shower were backed up in one of our rooms. Neither of which were repaired. We left a tip for housekeeping which she took but never cleaned the room. Not one thing was done. The garbage was left everywhere, bed unmade, wet towels left behind. We were shocked and disappointed.

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, private entrance, all the amenities…price was good comparatively for the location! Not far from many fun, beautiful things to see and do!
Disliked: Breakfast was subpar, maintenance had a 9-5 window one day where they would be in to replace blinds. The staff was great, we just didn’t care for people coming in and out all day with all of our things there.
