Liked: The staff is amazing Holly at the front desk and Crystal the breakfast attendant is beyond my expectations. The food is excellent yet it's the care of the crew. Please don't break up this winning team. I look forward to them when I come from New Jersey to Connecticut for 2 annual healthfairs sponsored by UCONN.
Disliked: $500 hold on money I could spend on local businesses. Hold fee should be more reasonable. Especially for repeat Guest!

Disliked: There was a weird smell (cleaning supplies?) every day in the main reception area.There was a weird smell (smelled like ham?) in our unit the day we entered though it was not there the second day.
