Disliked: Out dated with wall paper falling off the wall,There was a bug, appeared to be a bed bug crawling on the bottom of the bed sheets, the mattress cover was covered in large yellow stains

Liked: A suite at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and a good shower.
Disliked: The door would stick and was extremely difficult to open. Had to leave it open and report it to the desk when leaving.

The worst birthday party ever...
Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: I didn't like how the front counter lady did not know enough about her job and had to call the general Manager to separate money from cash and card. And that I booked through a third party from 5:00 in the afternoon to 6:00 in the afternoon and they did not try their best to accommodate me on my son's birthday. And we had to leave early and was rushing the pack of food had left food in the hotel because we were being rushed to leave and no one was paying attention through my booking.com on the time at 5:00 in the afternoon on Sunday till 6:00 in the afternoon on Monday. They never had told me that their clock in time that they can do that for the clock in time they went into after the fact of telling me if they have would have been paying attention and told me ahead of time I would have canceled my reservations and saved all and the general manager refuse to accommodate me and my family and this situation. We had to make a police report about the situation The residence inn ruined my son's 9th birthday and inconvenienced us of the time and effort and to stay Your whole company needs to work on communications with the consumers who are paying for the stay you're lacking so many areas and you need to get it together There weren't enough pillows on the bed There were no pillows on the couches how it showed in the picture And the general manager needs to work a lot harder on his employees to make sure that they know every inch of their job and is infected and searching the information of the booking area to be able to help that consumer right then and there to give them an option if they want to go on with the payment or cancel out the payment

Nice place. Close to things...
Liked: The room we had was a decent size with plenty of room. Location was great for what we were there for. The free breakfast was decent and more than expected.
Disliked: Reserved a King Studio w/sofa bed and discovered that the bed was not a King but a Queen. Wish I knew that before booking.
