Really liked the bed and...

Liked: Bedroom and bed very comfortable. Loved the fireplace and having a separate bedroom. Having a dishwasher was a plus
Disliked: Kitchen needed to be cleaner. Kitchen contents quite minimal. Bathroom definitely needs updating. Other than bedroom, cleanliness an issue. Recommend having hooks at front to hang coats.

Bad

Liked: Kenneth, who checked us in, did a great job.
Disliked: The couch was torn, hair in the tub, loud banging from the room above for hrs across two days. The internet for the television did not work properly. Also, was told by staff that there would be a partial refund a week ago. Inquired about if the refund was processed and was met with an attitude by the GM. I usually enjoy staying at Residence Inn but I will not be staying at this location again.

Liked: I love the whole room that we were in. It was very nice.
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t clean out the fridge or freezer so there was food left in both and the kitchenette floor was extremely sticky

Liked: The layout was fantastic. The gentleman who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff working the breakfast area were very attentive and made certain that the atmosphere and food quality were as good as can be.
Disliked: The first thing I noticed was a bottle left behind by housekeeping. A few seconds later, I the extreme air quality issue in my room (323) hit me like a freight train. Upon entering the room I was overcome with noxious fumes, causing my lungs to burn, and the inability to catch my breath because of the immediate persistent cough. On the kitchen table was a dangerous space heater that made the entire space smell horribly. I turned off the heater, turned on the air conditioner, and propped the door open, which eventually helped. In the meantime, I stood outside taking deeper and deeper breaths, until I reached the point that I felt that I wouldn't need to go to the emergency room. Once the air was clear, I was impressed with the layout of the room, and if not for the health scare that I just lived through, I'd definitely want to stay here again.

Liked: I loved the suite! Great for families! Wish each room had a King bed! Why do hotels think we want a queen
Disliked: They were doing construction, no workout room available, never told! Had to walk through construction.
