Liked: Room was great. Clean. The heating worked great. Very good water pressure and hot water was always available.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like is you have to exit the building to get to the reception area and breakfast area. And it was very cold outside. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

Close to my work meeting...
Liked: I liked that it was clean, housekeeping did a wonderful job every day. I liked the design and layout. I enjoyed my showers - there was good shower pressure and the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner smelled great and worked well. Breakfast was also good. It was conveniently located to my work meeting venue - college park airport. There were good blackout curtains. The free wifi worked well. There were good size parking lots and parking was free.
Disliked: I didn’t like the old carpet that had stains on it and the uncomfortable bed. The edge seats of the pull out couch were slanted/not straight so the middle seat was the only comfortable seat. I asked for a different room but it was the same, with an old looking carpet with stains and the same uncomfortable or maybe broken mattress and couch with slanted seats. So we just kept the first room but now I think we should have probably moved because my back was hurting so bad after the first night that I had to take ibuprofen to function. The next night I switched sides with my husband and thankfully the other side of the mattress was much better (firmer). Since he doesn’t suffer from low back pain he didn’t mind the ‘bad’ side where you pretty much sink in. One more thing that botherred me was that the fridge and freezer did not seem to get cold enough even after 24h. So we were worried that our perishables like premade chicken, milk, cheese, yogurt and yogurt drinks were going to all spoil. We had to place things in the freezer to make sure they didn’t spoil (our food wasn’t frozen so it clearly wasn’t cold enough). One last thing that not only bothered me but outright outraged me was that when walking barefoot our feet repeatedly got pricked by the tiny prickly nails sticking out of the panel used to hold the carpet down both in the kitchen/living area and bedroom/bathroom area where tile continues, even through socks. So I was afraid to let my 16 month old walk around barefoot. The second to last thing was that the jacuzzi was broken, and has been for the past year, but this was not advertized on the website so I booked the room looking forward to getting in at least once to soothe my back :-( I would probably have booked a different place if I knew it was broken. And the last annoying thing was that the cover for the key scanner on the door kept falling off no matter how many times we picked it up and clicked it back in. The kitchen cabinets looked old.

Very good
Liked: very clean
Disliked: Noise from the basketball court. Kids were playing basketball only 3 feet away from my window at 7:45am in the morning non stop... Not that quite...
