Liked: I like everything about the rooms and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The TV was on satellites and we couldn't get many TV shows.

Very comfortable and quiet.

Liked: The breakfast was the typical breakfast. The location was a little out of the way, but was close enough to shopping and restaurants

The potential for this to...

Liked: Location to where we needed to be
Disliked: Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, duvet was thin and flimsy, toilet could use a good lime away treatment, shower is incredibly small with a horrible shower head, and ice maker did not work. And worst of all- the screaming kids running up and down the hallway, outside by the pool at 9pm, and in the lobby

Awesome staff!

Liked: The staff were amazing!
Disliked: The AC was broken in our room, we reported it to the manager. Unfortunately they didn’t have another room available but gave us a fan to use.

Liked: Place was clean and comfy. Location was good.
Disliked: Breakfast could use some more choices. Dogs should not be allowed in dining area.

Bad

Disliked: Didn't like being charged twice for this room. Once on booking in advance then an additional over 500$ and not one response causing me to spend over 1000$ for a 500$ room
