Liked: The breakfast was good. Location / building is great - newer and nice .. very nice employee at the check in desk. Hall way was clean and well maintained
Disliked: The bathroom could have been cleaner (floor!) some maintenance needed and grout cleaning. The air conditioner was a bit noisy - and the price per night is high !! compared to comparable hotels in same area (Hampton Inn)...

Liked: I booked a room for a concert I was attending. The room was gorgeous and everything anyone would need to stay for a while. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Housekeeping staff were excellent. Room and supplies were always clean and available. Breakfast had a variety of foods and was delicious. Pool was wonderful since the weather was so hot. Workout room was always clean and the equipment in the room was sufficient for the stay. Location was great! Close to shopping and downtown Franklin. Front desk staff were always accommodating and very friendly and helpful. Overall it was awesome.

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing. From the front desk, to the bartender and on, we felt like family. Breakfast & dinner were both delicious too.
