Superb

Liked: We really enjoyed the breakfast; there was a wide variety of options.
Disliked: The single elevator was insufficient. There were two elevators, but one was out of service. Since we could only reach the ground floor by elevator, we had no choice but to wait.

Good hotel in excellent location.

Liked: Excellent location, kitchenette in room, sparkling water in glass carafe available throughout the day.
Disliked: They advertise the sauna but when we arrived we had to ask on every single day whether it could please be fixed as it was on 30 degrees and clearly not hot. Once asked this issue got fixed.Breakfast selection is not amazing but ok for the price.When we arrived the lift was broken and we waited about 20mins before we could even get to the reception.

Very good

Liked: The room is comfortable. Lack of varieties on breakfast but very good though. Nice touch on the complimentary self-service coffee and tea.
Disliked: Only 1 elevator available during my stay which take a long time to wait to go up and down

Awesome location, good place to...

Liked: Location of the hotel was very good, Room sizes are big enough, breakfast was pretty good and also parking place to room direct elevator really useful!!
Disliked: Only thing we were not happy with is the guy who knock the door at the day we have check out starting from 10 to 12 in every 20mins. Our baby was sleeping so that was pretty annoying however it was i guess his personal thoughtlessness...

Great stay.

Liked: Staff very friendly and willing to help with directions.
Disliked: A lot of construction in every direction it seemed. It was not a super great area.

A great value for money

Liked: It’s close to the main attractions - walking distance to Romerberg and Frankfurt Cathedral (less than 10 mins). There’s a metro just across the street and a supermarket just across the street. Frankfurt tower is right in front of it. Everything is perfect, except there’s only 1 lift that caters the whole building, the waiting time can be super long during the peak period like christmas holidays for example.
Disliked: There’s only 1 lift

Disappointing.

Liked: The location was ok.
Disliked: Lift was broken for the duration of the stay. Breakfast very poor. Bathroom needed renovation.
