It was a comfortable experience.

Liked: All of the staff check in, check out, maintenance, housekeeping, and breakfast were the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered. They were prompt and always courteous. Breakfast was decent and I like the wide selection of topping for my oatmeal.
Disliked: The frozen meal I purchased had over a quarter of an inch of frost on it signifying it had been there a long time. It was inedible.

Liked: Staff was wonderful
Disliked: Surprised by $100 pet fee for 1 night! I messaged the facility repeatedly before I arrived and got no response. Had no choice to stay there but my selection would have been different if I had known how high the fee was.

Disliked: They had closed the pool and hot tub , one of the main reasons we love to stay there

Disliked: There front desk person was rude ! Threaten to make me leave ,when he was at fault ! Very rude ! Discriminated against me and my partner, property ast general Mgr lied to me and gave me award points that do not really help any thing unless I spend upwards too a thousand dollars to even gain a free night! Total scam this residence Inn

Liked: Staff was wonderful, room was great.
Disliked: The glasses In kitchen had smudges on them. Thought there would be lotion in the bathroom. Couldn’t get Netflix or Amazon
