Liked: Basket courtArrogant reception staff- disrespectful- a real shame for the hotel
Disliked: The receptionists had a very arrogant- disrespectful- non service minded attitude. They are not right for the job. Absent from reception, did not follow up on request to check the ac or fridge noise. Terrible ac, is like explosion every 5 minutes- impossible to sleep. Paid parking!!

Love the Brand

Liked: the room and the breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: the staff wasn't very friendly,the front desk workers were very rude and had attitude! I did get their names BUT I'm going to give them grace and maybe advise the staff to have a customer care course on customer service to help with this problem! Now I do understand that the Tayler shift concert was happening and sometimes it brings in some not so welcoming guest but just like in my job(law enforcement) we still have to uphold a standard a treat people nicely

Good location, but comes with...

Liked: Close proximity to the Broward mall. The staff at the front desk was nice.
Disliked: Had to move from the first floor because ants were in the room and bed. Paying for parking. It's not like you have anywhere else you can park. I also didn't know I had to pay a daily rate until I was checking in. The lawn service guys were blowing dirt and grass all over the cars. They didn't even attempt to avoid any cars.

Liked: good variety of products.
Disliked: Upon checking in, the receptionist was trying to charge me for parking when it had clearly stated in booking that the parking was free, when I voiced that, she simply dismissed me and stated other people said they saw a parking charge, then she said they would hold an extra $20 which will be returned when i checked out.
