Liked: Staff was good and very helpful.
Disliked: The back door leading from the pool area to the building was always open. Staff said that they were waiting on a part to fix the door. Animals could crawl or fly into the building any time of the day or night

Okay room, laid back staff,...

Liked: Coffee was available all day, and the gym and pool are a nice touch.
Disliked: The staff seemed available but with whatever came up, very unwilling to help without a lot of extra effort and repeated asking for them to do their jobs.

Decent stay

Liked: Size of rooms.Condition of furbishing.Heated pool.
Disliked: Beds in the apartment were not made for all guests.Sofa bed is super uncomfortable. I felt all sprungs and couldnt sleep at all.No gluten free option in breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: Customer service person, Aryhel was amazing !!There was a difficult guest in front us when we were checking in and she handled it politely & professionally.

Bad

Liked: Nothing. We will get better hotels for less than this price.
Disliked: Bed are very bad. Not good rooms

Liked: The location was beautiful.
Disliked: The property had a distinct oder. The room was ok. There were hairs on the towels, sink and on the toilet. Also, the toilet paper seemed used. The tv was broken and some lights were not working.
