A first class stay.

Liked: 1 night Pre cruise stay. All round excellent experience and would have no hesitation in staying for an extended period. Facilities afforded in the room exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

Liked: We couldn't do our dishes. We had no pod that went in the dishwasher. Our bathroom was dirty. Our shower was full of hair and it was gross but other than that everything else was completely beautiful. Amazing scenery, friendly staff and the experience was good.

If you don't need to...

Liked: Lots of space. Very nice kitchen. Good layout. Good breakfast in a great, sunny, cheerful location on the first floor.
Disliked: Sofa bed mattress was really thin. Not particularly comfortable.

It was good until someone...

Liked: Like the 2 bedroom for the family. And the location was good. We will stay with you again. I have used your facilities several times
Disliked: The beds were too soft. The ants on the kitchen table was a problem. Otherwise the kitchen area was nice

Not our best expressive at...

Liked: The room that we stayed in was updated and clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The morning that we were to check out the fire alarm went off at 6:30 in the morning. Firefighters and law enforcement appeared. There was no fire. However, they could not turn off the alarm. We then checked out early because we could not tolerate the noise.Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not seem to know how to inform the guests of the situation or have protocol in place for such a situation.It would’ve been nice if the hotel had an offer to compensate us & other guests in someway.
