Old, frayed, pool closed, too...

Liked: We booked here because we knew they had done renovations, even though it's expensive for a simple hotel. But, they gave us an unremodeled room. Old, frayed, and in the middle of the night and internal door stuck closed and we couldn't get back in the bedroom. It was clear the staff knew about it. When we gave a negative review they said sorry. Bad business that doesn't care about customer experience.

Liked: Very short walk to elevator. Spacious inside. Quiet room. Housekeeping very effecient. Man behind desk was not at all conversational. Or everything we asked the answer was, No Sorry Breakfasts were great. Great selection

Liked: Large room and location
Disliked: Hotel halls smelled.Breakfast was disappointing due to being out of most items.

Liked: The staff is friendly and location is good.
Disliked: It is overpriced for the area and the room was dirty. I wish I booked at another hotel but was in a hurry when booking.
