Liked: The location is great. We were within walking distance of some stores and restaurants. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: I have to say that I expected higher quality from a name like Marriott.. we had an accessible king suite. It took me forever to figure out how to turn on the water and another long while to regulate the temperature. I ended up taking a burning hot shower the first night. I did finally figure out how it worked the next day. The pool was too cold so I didn't allow my youngest in for fear of him getting sick but my older daughter swam in it. There were no pool towels to be found. Thankfully I had brought a couple from the room. Breakfast was not great. The lady did great trying to keep up with everything, bless her. The hot food was over cooked and hard, the eggs were watery and had a nasty taste to them. The breakfast sandwiches in the warmer were hard and unable to eat. My kids enjoyed cereal and the many toppings for the oatmeal or yogurt were great! All in all the stay was okay, I expected much better when I chose this hotel by name. It didn't stand out like I expected, it wasn't much different than any other hotel stay only more expensive.
