In a perfect world

Liked: I rented the suite for my daughter's birthday sleepover. I love how clean and fresh it looked and smelled. Everything was in its place and there was a place for everything. Polished and perfect. Check-out is at noon which is a bonus. There were plenty of towels so need to call down for extra. The natural lighting was great. The refrigerator made ice. No having to leave the room. The fireplace gives it a nice cozy home feeling. I was truly impressed. Thank you for making this milestone that much more memorable.
Disliked: I couldn't figure the streaming part of the TV out, but there was nothing to not like. Everything was perfect ❤️.

We would stay again at...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, clean, spacious and comfortable room, great free breakfast and plenty of free parking.
Disliked: Getting to the hotel is difficult. You have to enter through another business's parking lot, which caused us to get lost at first.

Excellent hotel with very good...

Liked: The hotel is very comfortable and clean, it has an excellent location, and the staff is very friendly. The food is not very varied but it is delicious and the person in the kitchen is very friendly. We will definitely return soon. Thank you for everything.
Disliked: The only thing the hotel could improve is that the pillows are very uncomfortable and the sofa bed is uncomfortable, we had to put the mattress on the floor to be able to rest. But the truth is it is worth it because it is a hotel with an excellent location and very good service.

Liked: I like the rooms, breakfast, pool, our rooms
Disliked: They canceled our room service, and when they did do room service. The restroom was never sweeped , they would never come pick up our trash

Disliked: We weren't able to enjoy the fireplace outside they had a party or something all day. The swimming pool needs some remodeling or something it's a little too dirty.
