We booked 2 rooms and requested a wake-up call for both rooms. We never recieved them and all of us left hungry and late. No compensation was offered because we didn't book with Marriott directly.
Disliked: Did not receive wake-up call, as promised.

Disliked: I booked 2 rooms was given only 1. The room that was assigned had not been cleaned went back to front desk they were trying to charge me for changing the room. Now having a problem with getting my money put back on my card for incedentals.

Liked: Breakfast was good; water pressure in shower was nice; location was good, staff was friendly and accommodating; looks like a great place for families and teams
Disliked: I was not told when I checked in with Catherine, the Manager, that the suite for 4 (with a king size bed and sofa bed), had a broken sofa bed and that we were going to need to use an air mattress instead. At 11:15 pm, when we were getting the sofa bed ready so we could retire for the night, we discovered it was very broken. When I called the desk they told me i should have been told and to look for an air mattress. I did discover one rolled up in the closet with no directions on how to inflate it. We eventually got the broken sofa bed put back in place (to make room for the air mattress) and got the air mattress inflated - but it was about an hour after we wanted to go to bed! And, there was only 1 pillow for the air mattress and it had no pillow case! Plus, the air mattress deflated some during the night! If it had been communicated about the need to use an air mattress, we would have set it up much earlier and have gotten another pillow! I just wish Catherine had communicated with me on check-in - especially because I specifically mentioned there were 4 people!Also, I talked to Tammy upon checkout on Friday about the situation and was told that I would be contacted by management that day. I was not and followed up with a phone call on Saturday. Tammy apologized and said it was her fault about the lack of a call and said i would receive a call on Monday. It is now Tuesday and still no one has followed up. Communication with customers does not seem to matter or to be a priority! I will mention that the night person at the desk and Tammy were both very nice and understanding of the situation! An apology by management would have been nice!

Okay, but not okay
Liked: Staff was friendly and facility clean. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: Room key was given to a group member who was alone and knew room number but was never required to show identification--highly dangerous. The damaged table in the room needs to be replaced; brackets holding it together are not a good look. Neither is the dented refrigerator. (All pictures attached are of the eating area in the room, so ignore the labels.) Complimentary breakfast was disastrous, quite disappointing, and a potential health hazard--overcrowded, no hot food or coffee. The lone staff member working extremely hard to meet demands needs a raise and a promotion!! We ate elsewhere!

Liked: Breakfast was fine. I have a specific diet and was able to find enough options. The location was okay. Pretty central to all.
Disliked: Nothing really. Bed could have been more comfortable.
