Roaches in room, was not...

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Roaches in the room. Manager never followed up to compensate me us.

Evacuated from hurricane

Liked: Housekeeping was phenomenal!! We evacuated from the hurricane and housekeeping kept our spirits up thw entire stay. The ladies made sure we had everything we needed and more!! Definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The lights did not work in the room and wasn't able to be repaired. We went the entire stay without working lights in the living room and kitchen. These things should be checked before rooms are occupied by guest. Because I didn't feel comfortable with some stranger in my room after dark I was told that they could move me to another room on my last night of stay, but that's all that could be done!
