Confirmed but rejected with no where to stay.

Liked: Absolutely nothing...
Disliked: Everything! They didn't have a room for us even though we paid and it was confirmed through booking.com. We also seen them let others Check In after us and received a room. The Supervisor was not accommodating and didn't send us an email as stated. I had to finally go back to the hotel, so when booking.com called the Supervisor could confirm we didn't get to stay. They gave us points to get another free stay but after this who want to stay there.

Liked: Awesome location, service and beautiful rooms
Disliked: We lost power , and seemed only our hotel was affected. From what we could see, everything around us still had power.
