Poor

Liked: Outstanding breakfast. We also enjoyed the fireplace and TV for later evening talks with family. Size of room was huge!
Disliked: Workmanship of the facility was bad. In our room 314 there was really poor caulking in the bathroom specifically in the shower. Worst was a smell from the furnace. It produced smoke. Had to turn off and report it to management. Finally the walls in the hallways were noticeably curved. The contractors for this hotel were sub-par.

Exceptional

Liked: This is a great property! It was clean and extremely comfortable The suite, kitchen and space was well laid out. It does show some wear but nothing that cannot be easily fixed. The location was also close to shopping and dining. It felt safe.

Get the extra space

Liked: Soft bedding, large fridge, thoughtful room design.
Disliked: The toilet paper roll was soiled in an unknown substance.

Liked: Convenient to services, easy access, great breakfast, spacious lobby, etc.
Disliked: Property showing some age - elevator clunky, needs repair….

Liked: Great property! Our room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. I'll absolutely stay here again.

Liked: We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality and level of our stay, overall great value. The room was perfect and very clean, breakfast was the best included breakfast we'd ever had at a hotel, with many varied options, as well as healthy options. Will definitely be back!

Will highly recommend this hotel...

Liked: Immaculately clean room, very cute kitchen with everything needed, calming ambience of design, high pressure of water in the shower, soundproof walls and windows, extraordinarily comforting mattress and pillows. Absolutely outstanding breakfast full of varieties of food. Early check-in was welcomed. Also loved endless trailes for hiking, parks and reservoirs around, southern kitchen restaurant cross the street.
Disliked: Unfortunately TV and room key was out of order for few hours before checking out. Climate control was so loud at night we have to turn off heating to get some sleep. Was also surprised by $100 charge for pet.

Clean hotel, friendly staff

Liked: Our stay was fantastic. The person who checked us in was friendly and kind, our room was clean and the breakfast offerings were plentiful and delicious. We'd absolutely stay here again.
Disliked: Everything was great.
