Disliked: I didnt like walking into a dirty room. Baby juice boxes in the cabinets, stove dirty, sexual lubricant in a drawer, carpet stains, towels old and some dirty, floors dirty, grout dirty.Was not comfortable at all.Grounds was dirty, lots of people just handing out in oarking area.

Disliked: Not clean. Too many transients (unhoused people shorted by welfare) so it did not feel entirely safe.

Liked: The room was huge! Perfect for having family over. We could eat with real dishes and it had a fridge and dishwasher.
Disliked: Long walk from the lobby to the room.

Liked: The staff was welcoming and professional. Breakfast was ready every morning with ample food selections. The area was clean and well maintained by the staff.
Disliked: The first room we were assigned was on the first floor although we had requested a room on the third and top floor when we made the reservation months before our visit. There was a dog unsupervised in a room adjacent to ours and every time it heard us speak it would bark. The rooms while clean and mostly comfortable needs a better quality mattress. Lastly, the corridors need to be vacuumed and maintained better. Its the only place in the hotel that does not appear clean.
