Great facilities

Liked: It was very clean and quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable! My husband was also impressed with the service at breakfast.
Disliked: I wasn't a fan of the policy to charge my debit card for a 7 day stay along with a cleaning deposit when I only booked for 2 nights. I'm also not a fan of 7 to 10 business days to receive my refund!

Liked: There were issues with the toilets not flushing. But the room was Very spacious and Very clean. Beds were comfortable. All employees were very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Liked: The housekeeping service was advertised as every other day. After I told the front desk that we only had housekeeping 2 times in 8 nights, he informed me it was every 3 days.So, my only criticism of our stay was the housekeeping policy.

Worth the money, would use...

Liked: The entire staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well organised. Room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint was the location which was in a slightly less than appealing area overlooking a freeway. But to say again I was very impressed with all the staff from the maids to the manager. Really nice friendly people.
Disliked: Neighborhood overlooking the freeway.

Best hotel ever!

Liked: Everything about this hotel especially check out time. The pool was not in service but that's the least of importance!
Disliked: Tv was a bit too low, when laying down it was hard to see tv.

This is a great place...

Liked: We came to town from San Antonio to visit the University of North TX campus for a college visit. This was a perfect hotel to stay at because of the convenience to the campus, the room was excellent (having a separate bedroom with a pullout couch and a kitchen), and the proximity to a Buc-ee’s to get snacks and gas up before heading back home.
Disliked: We just had to ask for the blanket set for the pullout couch but the staff was very friendly!
