Excellent stay & highly recommend!!

Liked: We loved the ocean front hotel. We loved having the heated pool overlooking the ocean. I appreciated the clean towels in the lobby to take for a swim. The lobby was very clean and endless coffee was available. The food was great for breakfast, and the breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive. We appreciate the kind staff at the lobby. We loved our 2 bedroom room. It was super comfortable and very clean.

Liked: We went down when they were cleaning up. I was given the wrong time
Disliked: They called me on route to demand payment?I explained that the property manager gave the courtesy to pay when arriving at the hotel. I felt harassed.

Liked: Great location on the beach! Breakfast was good. Great kitchen with full size fridge and a dishwasher too. Great for long stays.
Disliked: We were on the 2nd floor with a big balcony but could not see the ocean. Recommend the 3rd floor or higher!Bathroom fan did not work and the shower head was not good.

Liked: I love the easy access to the beach.
Disliked: I didn’t see the purpose of having a kitchen that I couldn’t use. I was not aware there weren’t any ovens in king size beds rooms. That’s what one of the clerks told me. I always use residence inn where ever I go and I never heard this before. I think it’s very rude to charge people who’s already paying for their stay extra to park. I have never experienced this at any other one. This residence inn I may never visit again but I love all the others I stayed in.

Exceptional

Liked: Paul at the front desk was excellent. He checked us in and every time we passed thru the lobby he always greeted us. Sarah at the restaurant/bar was excellent. The very first night we were there, she knew what kind of drink I would like. Every night I went down to the bar just to see her and she made my drinks. I will definitely be back. Newly renovated.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about
