Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable; Alexis and other hotel agents were all very helpful and friendly; the rooms were clean upon arrival; the rooms were bright.

Liked: Customer service; rooms bright.
Disliked: Not really - bathroom sink plug was broken; kitchen rangetops need to be replaced with updated ones.

Liked: We didn't have the breakfast. The facilities were very nice, I was expecting a fireplace in my room.
Disliked: We requested a early check in and the desk guy could not have been any more indifferent about my request or my being there. We did not have towels in our room, I would have expected to have them brought up to the room.

Liked: Loved the location, close to the highway, food, gas. The receptionist during check in was welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. The room was comfortable. Free parking and breakfast was pretty good. The male staff working the breakfast area was nice and helpful.
Disliked: $100 pet fee is pretty extreme.
