Disliked: Had a problem that took a month to resolve. I had already paid through Booking. Com and upon arrival, I was charged again. I did tell the receptionist that I had paid when I checked in so the answer to me was that one of the payments will cancel automatically in the system. It didn’t. We would talk to the manager and receptionist weekly to get it fixed. We as in Booking . Com and I.

This stay was a nightmare.

Liked: The facility needs renovating, the carpet in the hallway was dirty, the sofa sleeper mattress was worn out, the carpet in the room needed cleaning, and the pieces of the baseboard by the closed were missing. We could hear all the noise in the hallway, noise from the people upstair above our room. The pool area wasn't clean. We could smell marijuana coming from someone's room. The housekeepers couldn't understand English or speak English.

Liked: Breakfast was good bacon was just right fruit was fresh eggs could have been better
Disliked: Maybe and ice machine on the floors even tho the fridge makes it but its a little slow

I will not book here...

Liked: Smelled like cigarettes and pets were everywhere in the building like an animal hospital
Disliked: Was too noisy
