Disliked: The air conditioning fan was loud and constantly turned on and off and blew right in the bed.

Liked: Breakfast was fine and location was good for us.
Disliked: The mattress was very worn out as was the couch.

Liked: The room was nice and clean.
Disliked: The receptionist was so rude! She wasnt able to find my reservation even though I presented my ID and provided my contact information. I showed her the confirmation email I received that morning from the hotel, and she kept telling me that I have no reservation at that property. I dont even want to describe the way she was looking at me I had to go through my emails and find the initial confirmation email to convince her to check their system again. After all of these she just simply informed me that she was looking for my last name and that was the reason my name was not popped up. Hopefully someone will explain to this individual that people have first and last names and she should verify a reservation using either name so she doesnt not ruin someone elses evening like she ruined mine.
