Liked: The hotel was wonderful the only problem i have is with booking.com i have tried to reach you all for two days ibhavent been able to speak to anyone I did not use your booking for my room because for some unknown reason the payment was decline that you all submitted from the 3rd party i used so i had to pay out of pocket for the room total worth the rate I paid the staff was great never happen to me before so im planning to not use you all again to book a room

Disliked: Small pool…They didn’t clean our room. No sheets for fold out couch. Toilet made a horrible noise and door to restroom didn’t close
