Enjoyed our stay - lovely...

Liked: Lovely layout of rooms - very clean lovely staff
Disliked: Dirty couches in both rooms to an unacceptable level- complaints were not taken any further - offered a meal voucher never got it but would rather have clean couches with no stains -Often no tea towell or dish cloth or dishwasher tab or tea replaced- anytime i plugged in your hairdryer it blew the fuse- in end had to use it in kitchen area to workCurtain in lounge had a big rip in it Really felt lovely place keeping up maintenance makes it look like its a struggling hotel

Disliked: It's one of those double hotels... separate entrances for, basically, the same building. Therefore, we didn't know about the pool until checking out. Very disappointed with that
