Disliked: The parking in the back area was on a slope.

Liked: Very welcoming! Clean rooms, front desk was always so nice! The first room they put us in the ac was working right, maintenance came fixed it quickly. Stopped working again and they were quick to put us in another room, no questions asked! Amazing staff!

Optimal for the price and...

Liked: Decent looking. Somethings needed replacement or should be updated. But over all it was great for what it was. But considering it’s so close to att stadium home of the cowboys. Lol. You would think it would be a lot nicer aesthetically. But the staff were very friendly and informative. The free breakfast was great!
Disliked: The hotel room 328 wouldn’t cool down fast enough. The ac kept changing from the temperature it was set to. The bathroom light wouldn’t turn on after being off for a short time. The kitchen sink water faucet would stay on even in the off position. The faucet itself felt cheap. The fold out bed needs a new mattress. Booking.com said something about $7 an hour parking which is nuts… thankfully though the staff said there was no such thing.
