Poor

Disliked: Made pre arrangements for joining rooms 4 weeks in advance. Was given a reposes email stating that the rooms would be joining and at time of check in the rooms weren't available and to top it all off you refunded my money to booking.com and they never reimbursed. I was charged for incidentals for both rooms twice and still haven't been refunded. I'll never book a room with you guys again....

Liked: I was so pleased with our stay!! From the moment I arrived, the general manager, Mr. Donnelly was so kind and professional. He was knowledgeable about the area, local restaurants, stores etc. The room itself was more spacious than I imagined and was impeccably clean, stocked and comfortable.The property is pet friendly, and had fantastic space to walk with our two dogs. I cannot say enough good about our stay. This will be our ONLY choice to stay when in the DFW area. Our family is spread out from Azle to Commerce- and we were accessible enough to invite several family to come visit. The large, well designed room made it easy to visit with 4 adults, 2 small children and two dogs.
Disliked: The only thing I could complain about- if I just HAD to complain- the elevators are really slow. That’s the only tiny, insignificant issue I could possibly come up with

Liked: The hallways smelled like animal urine. I found a ROACH crawling on the table in the kitchen. There was mold in the bathroom.
