Liked: Breakfast was very good. Glad to see the menu changed just slightly our 2nd day
Disliked: Ice machine on our floor not working but just slight inconvenience. Desk clerk made up for it by getting ice for me from the kitchen for my water bottle.

Liked: Clean and attractive with spacious room. Good location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Stayed a week. Had to endure tv and heating and air not working. Thermostat not functioning correctly. Even one of 2 elevators not working part of the time. We’re told no service personnel on site to make necessary repairs. Breakfast area crowded and offered little variety daily.

Great experience.

Liked: The pool was clean, the Santa juice and hot cocoa were offered! We were able to play putt putt, the clubs weren’t great but it stop us from having fun!

Liked: Beautiful place.
Disliked: The shower room was falling apart in the room and the soap dispensers in the shower were empty.

Poor

Disliked: Made pre arrangements for joining rooms 4 weeks in advance. Was given a reposes email stating that the rooms would be joining and at time of check in the rooms weren't available and to top it all off you refunded my money to booking.com and they never reimbursed. I was charged for incidentals for both rooms twice and still haven't been refunded. I'll never book a room with you guys again....
