Liked: The reception lady was not welcoming. There was continuous loud sounds till 1am, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom was too cramped and wash basin was clogged. The breakfast was basic and with very less choices.

Liked: Jay Jay was amazing! A great interaction and face to see when you're checking in and tired from traveling. Breakfast was good, room was clean and spacious, nice amenities, good location.
Disliked: There were a few small fixes that could have been done like spraying kilz in the vents and filling the holes from a previous towel bar. Kilz could help the air quality by killing possible bacteria. There was also a few small stains on a pillow. Since they're white, if they're stained, it's probably best to toss them or use pillow cases.

We were impressed

Liked: We enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. We could tell they were willing to go beyond their duties to please their guests. We were impressed. For the money we paid, this was a very good deal.
Disliked: No elevator sign on the first floor of building B. It took us a while to find the elevator since we walked in the building from the lobby.
