Great place to stay with...
Liked: Great! The location was perfect for our weekend plans! I liked the overall look of the hotel. Breakfast was good and they had gluten free pastries (packaged muffins and bagels). We enjoyed the outdoor pool!!
Disliked: Our room had ants which sucked. We noticed them the morning after our first night. The staff was very attentive to this though and the maintenance man came to spray. He was extremely nice which I appreciated especially since we called for him twice for the bathroom and kitchen areas. The spray he used was very strong & seemed to work immediately.

Liked: Convince, Ammonites, comfy beds, large rooms. Breakfast and service was amazing. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Stained shower, dirty carpet, terrible smell from entering lobby to room. Dog barking next door when owner was away.

Liked: close to the beach, good location
Disliked: On Monday at 6 in the morning a fire alarm sounded, causing all the guests to come down. This alarm did not stop ringing in all the rooms for more than two hours.

Rooms seem to not be...
Liked: It was in a great location and clean.
Disliked: We arrived earlier than check in around 12:15pm but we were able to use the pool while our rooms were available. Which was great!. We were told it wouldn’t take long. Around 2:00pm i asked about the rooms which were 3 rooms reserved & said they still didn’t have any available which i was okay with and she said that they probably had clean rooms they just needed to change something on the computers. On the app it said check in starts at 3:00pm so at 3:00pm children are tired and we headed inside we were told no rooms and that check in was at 4:00pm that another person had complained about the same issue with check in time. We then sat in the lobby and kept checking in and no rooms available. They were how ever other ppl getting rooms similar to ours and were handed their keys. While we with 6 adults & 8 children were waiting for our rooms. Maybe around 4:30pm that they told us they had 1 room available and weren’t sure if they would have any of our other 2 rooms available that it can take hours. We were told that we can keep the 1 room available & wait for the other 2 rooms yet they weren’t sure when we would get them & if we would even get them & if not we can cancel. We decide to cancel and booked else where last minute. We were left very disappointed since we were looking forward to staying in your hotel.
