I was pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the room.

Liked: Room was exceptionally clean and spacious.

Disliked: I felt like for what I paid, the room was really small and I had to go to the front desk because their was no toilet paper in the room. I quess housekeeping missed that part. When I first arrived, I felt like the receptionist had a bad attitude. I was not greeted. I felt like he looked at me like I could not afford to be their. Then he couldn't find my reservation sent me next door they found it and called to let him know I did have a reservation. Too much for someone that had traveled 8 hours that day.

Disliked: Breakfast food was cold. Scrambled eggs were very runny. Sofa bed cover was stained and dirty.

Liked: I liked the room itself. It was very clean and there was plenty of space for two people.
Disliked: The parking situation was not good. We had to park behind the hotel and the walk back to our room, which was close to a quarter mile because of the size of the hotel and the location of the only parking spaces available. The side and back entrances were confusing. We went into a back entrance and it ended up be for the other hotel that is adjacent to the one we were staying at. Not very pleasant after a long day of traveling and visiting our daughter.The pillows in the room had no substance. I was unable to use them to read in bed.The one soap dispenser in the shower was broken when we got there and it was laying on the floor of the shower. We reported this to the staff but I'm not sure if the understood us.
