This is the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. From checking in, the room, down to the valet service - everything was perfect.

Liked: The room and people.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: We had a suite. When I called for ice I was told we had a fridge. The fridge’s ice maker was empty. When ice was brought up to the room there was a long black hair frozen in it. I did call and have them bring more ice up.There was a dark, curly pubic hair in the corner of the bathroom when we got there. Also, went down to breakfast around 8am. Was already out of orange juice, English muffins, blueberry muffins and the other flavor was not empty. Disappointed, it was only 1.5 hours into breakfast with 1.5 hours left.

Comfortable stay for family

Liked: Spacious two bedroom apartment worked well for my family. We loved the beautiful bar in the lobby!
Disliked: The area was quiet during the day but not too far from the arena.
