This is the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. From checking in, the room, down to the valet service - everything was perfect.

Liked: The room and people.
Disliked: Nothing.

We loved our room and the staff. We will stay again.

Liked: The breakfast was adequate although not luxury, but mot more than enough options. the cleaning staff, especially Veronica was so helpful when I asked for firmer pillows. The front desk staff - James ,John Tamera were exceptional in their care and courtesy. Very polite , happy and welcoming.
Disliked: There should have been more toilriies in the room and pots and pans

A much-needed weekend away!!!

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered an array of choices. The hotel is centrally located and close to many fabulous places. The room was nice and spacious. Highly recommend staying there.

Liked: Breakfast was great response at the desk was great. We had a few issues Explained below.
Disliked: When we arrived, the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was toothpaste and something red on the Spicket and dust and hair on the bathroom floor. The towels had something on them which I showed to the receptionist and she was very good about responding. The air conditioner started dripping in our room. We had to put a trashcan under it. We told the receptionist and she sent someone up who just emptied the water out of the trashcan and set it down with no bag in. It didn’t even return it to the place it belonged. The vent that the water came out of, had dust falling out of it.
