Wonderful Modern Residence Hotel

Liked: The hotel was modern and attractive. The studio room was spacious and well designed. It was a real apartment with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, living room area with couch and desk, sleeping alcove and dressing area by the bathroom. And the television was on a platform and could be swiveled to watch from the living room area or the sleeping alcove. The hotel had garage parking next door with easy access to the hotel. The location in the University Circle / Cleveland Clinic (East Cleveland) neighborhood was very convenient to the area's museums and symphony hall and near to the Little Italy neighborhood, The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only improvement I could suggest would be a couple more clothes hooks in the bathroom.

I would be happy to...

Liked: Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and extra helpful. Dez at the front desk ensured that we knew about the free shuttle and the hours of operation for the food and bar. There was several restaurants within a block of the hotel. The only downside was I think the room we were in was a pet room and it had a bit of an odor. We would stay again.
