Disliked: Cleanliness and needs updated all the furniture was stained, and needs upholstery cleaned, bathrooms definitely needed cleaned and updated. got bit up by God knows what and I don't want to know, chairs in the room were all torn up, breakfast we had no meat or fruit options, lady that runs the night shift did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. Over all a decent place but definitely not worth over 300 for one night.

Liked: Breakfast was nice, the woman who works in that area is extremely friendly and efficient . She made our stay memorable . Location was great.
Disliked: Our room needed updates.

Liked: Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I only stayed one night, but it would have been very convenient for a longer stay.

Liked: Price of 2 bedroom suite and location in Mentor. Staff was extremely friendly and pleasant.
Disliked: Kitchen floor was sticky and rooms were extremely noisy being so close to freeway. Better windows might help.
