Liked: Great room.
Disliked: Checking in took one and half hours because they were not familiar with the Reservation Number.

Loved the room. Very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay again next time I attend a concert at the Q. The staff was very helpful and friendly also.

Liked: I loved being able to walk across the street to get to Quicken Loans Arena.

Nice stay.

Liked: Sofa had some crumbs on it. That's my only complaint. Other than that, the place was lovely. Breakfast was good and staff was very nice.

Liked: Breakfast was ok, some of the stuff was a little cold. Breakfast staff was very friendly and I heard them giving advice to multiple guests on the easiest way to get to places
Disliked: I didn't know using the valet would be cheaper than parking at the parking garage. Maybe advertise that on your website or in the confirmation email.
