Liked: Great room.
Disliked: Checking in took one and half hours because they were not familiar with the Reservation Number.

Loved the room. Very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay again next time I attend a concert at the Q. The staff was very helpful and friendly also.

Liked: I loved being able to walk across the street to get to Quicken Loans Arena.

Liked: The room was big, the location was excellent. Breakfast was pretty decent.
Disliked: 50 dollars for parking was a bit steep. The walk to the room was far.
