Comfortable stay, but some faulty...

Liked: I loved the room, the bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen was very convenient. It was like being home away from home
Disliked: I didn't like the shower setup. There was only one bathroom for 3 people, and the shower was contained with only one pane of see-through glass. The glass should have at least been frosted to offer some privacy in case someone else had to use the facilities, also only one pane, so the water sprayed all over the bathroom through the opening since it couldn't be closed all the way. I was also not happy that the spa/hot tub was closed all weekend. Also, the elevator stopped working in the early morning on Saturday during the breakfast rush. It took them half the day to fix it, but many people weren't happy.

I had an early morning...

Liked: There was a good variety. I particularly appreciated the scrambled eggs, as well as the yogurts and fresh fruit.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind

Why is the pool always...

Liked: Placement of the property was nice. Decent parking, decent distance from building, not too complicated to arrive, check in and go in. However, like always- the pool was closed for absolutely ZERO reason. I’m convinced they just don’t want to have to maintenance it from it being used so they don’t allow it to be used! We were promised a balcony/patio in the booking- wasn’t asked about it and did not get one! I have way more to say but I’ll be nice!

Poor

Disliked: No notification anywhere that the pool area including the hot tub was under repair for a few days. No signs posted nothing online. Everything advertised pool and hot tub availability. Staff was rude when asked about it.
