it sucked couldn’t get help....

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: When I got there, the place was not clean at all. The dishes were dirty. There were food in the refrigerator. The heat only came on in one room. There were makeup smudge on the white sheets the smoke detector in one room was literally hanging off the toilet seat in the other room was literally hanging off. We could not swim because we spent two hours disinfecting a place when we did swim, the pool was real dirty. It needed to be clean and it was also cold. It could have been a little warmer. They did not have any more. Hotels to switch us in there were no towels the couch bed smelled like throw up they did not clean. The manager was not there the whole entire time I tried to talk to her because I felt like we should have gotten the first day with no charge because the second day the cleaning crew came in and the maintenance man came in and tidied and fixed everything up, except the heat.
