It's a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Staff that checked us in was rude and combative. Room was difficult to get to for 2 elderly handicap people.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Very clean; breafast was wonderful. I will stay there again if I come to an event (at AllState Arena. Loved the hotel.

It was perfect! Very clean and friendly service. Perfect to walk to concert (a href="/venue-hotels/allstate-arena-hotels/305675">Allstate Arena). The fitness room was nice and clean. The breakfast was tasty the next morning also.

I enjoyed walking to the concert. I felt safe in my room. I loved having a stove top, fridge, microwave, couch, and a great shower. Staying here made my trip a great deal easier. I hope I can do this again.

Disliked: It wasn't home, so I didn't sleep as well as I wanted.
