Exceptional

Liked: Excellent location with convenient transportation, shopping, and dining options. The staff was friendly and room service was able to honor all our requests. The kitchenette and full-sized fridge was very useful.
Disliked: N/A

Perfect location, nice space, friendly...

Liked: The large are to be able to visit with friends was great.
Disliked: My room was hot and I was unable to lower the temp. Wish the room had drinking water, I had forgotten to pick some up and was so dry especially with the heat. I checked out hours early.

Liked: Excellent location in the center of Chicago. Apartment was well equipped for 2 people.
Disliked: A renovation of the apartment and upgrade of the furniture would be beneficial.

Disliked: Bed was slightly uncomfortable and their was something wrong with the tv. I think it was going out, it was getting darker and darker with light spots on it

Great weekend in Chicago

Liked: The location was perfect - walking distance to everything we wanted to do in the city. The room is spacious - a full kitchen was a nice plus. Having breakfast available on site was nice, with both hot and cold options.
Disliked: This hotel is advertised as having a pool - it does not and hasn't had one for six years. (Someone should really take those pictures down!) We chose this location in part because we wanted a pool so that was very disappointing. The sofa bed is not at all comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet but the street noise kept us awake for quite awhile on our second night.
