Disliked: The bed sheets werent good the breakfast wasnt good too

Liked: The staff was amazing and so helpful! They introduced us to an app to help us navigate parking and made room for us at a special event so we could get dinner.
Disliked: Leaving was a bummer. We made magical family memories so leaving was sad for us.

10/10 location, modern and clean,...

Liked: Great staff and location perfect, very clean and modern- excellent breakfast and overall good value hotel right at the center of all the action
Disliked: As with all downtown hotels its a bit noisy (maybe they could look at windows in the next renovation) separately there was work being carried out on one of the floors which woke us 2 of the mornings early- im not sure the hotel could control this as i was told its water works - they gave me “points” and offered a late check out so fair play i suppose
